Fresh Flower / Perishable Products

Blooming Woods Flower Farm ships all fresh cut flowers via overnight shipping to ensure quality and freshness upon arrival. Other perishable products may ship via Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or FedEx when appropriate.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You will also receive a delivery notification once your package has arrived. Exact delivery times depend on the carrier and services available to your address.

We ship Monday through Thursday, with deliveries typically occurring Tuesday through Friday. Orders do not ship on national holidays.

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information may result in delays or failed delivery.

• Address changes or redirects after a package has been submitted to the carrier may incur a $30 fee
• Changes are not guaranteed once a tracking number has been issued

Blooming Woods Flower Farm LLC is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect delivery information provided at checkout.

Once packages are in the hands of the carrier, Blooming Woods Flower Farm LLC is not responsible for:

• Late deliveries
• Lost or stolen packages
• Damage incurred during transit

We package our flowers with great care to protect them during shipping. However, shipping carriers may occasionally mishandle packages.

If your order arrives damaged or is significantly delayed, please contact us promptly so we may file a claim with the carrier. If the claim is approved and paid by the shipping company, a store credit will be issued to your account.

Please note:

• Carrier claims can take 30–90 days to be reviewed and resolved
• Blooming Woods Flower Farm LLC cannot reimburse or replace products not covered by the carrier’s claim decision

At this time, we are unable to ship to California, Hawaii, or Alaska.
